VCID Dry Premix

Feed quality is affected with mold growth. Heat may be the best indicator for mould development as Cereals are very bad conductors and there will be a local increase of temperature. Together with the liberated water, it creates optimal conditions for moulds to grow (viscous circle).Moulds affect the feed in many ways:

  • Reduces vitamins
  • Reduces essential amino acid content
  • Reduces energy
  • Produces mycotoxins
  • Less efficient Nutrient metabolism

In addition, due to the development of moulds, intermediate products influence the odour and taste of the feed. A reduction of consumption can be observed resulting in reduced performances& reduced immunity

  • Fumaric acid
  • Calcium Propionate
  • Acetic Acid
  • Sodium Formate
  • Citric Acid
  • Oxine Copper

Oxine Copper is one of the most effective anti fungal agent interfering with microbial respiration. It was found to be highly effective against Aspergillus sp. Fusarium sp. and Pencillium. sp - pathogenic species of fungi producing mycotoxins

  • Broilers and Layers: 500 gm – 1 kg / ton of feed
  • Breeders : 1-3 kg / ton of feed

  • 1 kg and 25 kg
